Information for organizations that decide to use CDS Invenio as a local repository
The NTL prepared the CDS Invenio system configured with default settings, which may be installed on the hardware of the partner organizations and further customized as needed. The NTK provides documentation to the partner institutions where the installation process, further management and configuration of CDS Invenio are described.
The installation of CDS Invenio is carried out as follows: the partner organization installs the VirtualBox (virtual environment that ensures independence from the local operation system), into which it imports the default configuration and sets up network parameters. The VirtualBox may be installed on all recognized platforms. Another possibility is the image installation in virtual environment VMware Server.
